On a crisp cold afternoon on 12 October 1987, a baby girl was born to a young couple in a rural Texas hospital. She would be called Richelle.
This young lady has lead thus far an interesting and crazy life. In August 1991, her life was changed forever when she first saw a man in a romantic light...the Full House character Danny Tanner played by Bob Saget.
In 1994 she saw an episode of Alternative Nation on MTV with two young Irish musicians that would become two of her major influences and heroes. They were Dolores O'Riordan and Noel Hogan, the singer and guitarist for the then-up-and-coming band The Cranberries. On 4 October of that same year, she received as an early birthday gift an album that would eventually become her all-time favourite, "No Need To Argue" by The Cranberries.
In 1996, thanks to her older cousin, she was able to see that same band live.
In 1999, she met Noel's brother and Cranberries bass player Mike Hogan after a concert in Tampa, Florida. She was greeted with a less than welcoming odour of Guinness beer and body odour.
In 2002, she saw The Cranberries for the last time at a concert in Atlanta, Georgia. Sadly, that was the last US tour the band embarked on.
In 2004, she met a fun-loving young lady named Cyd on a Full House forum. They would later co-found this forum.
In 2005, after watching the music video for the Cranberries song 'Linger', she fell in love with guitarist Noel Hogan and has kept that love to this day. She was no longer in love with Danny Tanner/Bob Saget after a 13-year crush. Also that year, while listening to her second-favourite Cranberries album, 1996's "To The Faithful Departed", she decided she would learn to play the bass guitar after listening to Mike Hogan's phenomenal playing.
In 2006, upon the introduction from one of her co-workers, she met not only the man who would escort her to her senior prom but also the man of her dreams. One day after her amazing prom, she learned from him that he too was in love with her, but their love was to be put on hold as he was trying to establish his career as a pharmacist. It is still uncertain as to whether the relationship will come to fruition, as she will be attending college in Louisiana in August.
